Just a brief observation, why is it that Tennessee Williams' plays are so beautiful on paper and on film they turn to utter camp? I just watched Night of the Iguana last night (it's being bandied about by the play selection committee here) and GOOD LORD is it campy! And Suddenly Last Summer is the same way. Eerie.
